A state-of-the-art, JCI-accredited tertiary private hospital in Riyadh is executing a major expansion of its operative capabilities and requires a Lead Consultant Anesthetist & Critical Care Specialist. This opportunity stands out due to an unconstrained capital procurement pipeline, ensuring immediate access to the latest advanced monitoring arrays, digital anesthesia workstations, and high-fidelity intensive care technologies. You will be tasked with directing complex perioperative strategies, leading multidisciplinary theater teams, and optimizing critical care pathways. The position is structured to reward high clinical output and leadership within a exceptionally well-funded corporate medical infrastructure.

Requirements

FRCA, FANZCA, American Board, or equivalent European Tier-1/Tier-2 specialist certification with a minimum of 5 years of active post-board consultant experience.

Proven clinical leadership capabilities with a track record of managing complex critical care units or specialized surgical lists.

Complete linguistic fluency in English, alongside the pedagogical skills necessary to mentor junior medical staff and champion international quality benchmarks.
