Italian-Speaking Visitor - Gardening/Racing Enthusiast. Community Volunteer, Harrington Park NSW.

Bring connection and conversation to a fellow Italian speaker.

We’re looking for a friendly Italian-speaking volunteer to spend some time with a gentleman who enjoys gardening and watching the horse races.

A weekday visit for a chat over a cup of coffee, to talk about the garden, racing, or life in general, would mean a great deal to him.

If you enjoy good conversation, connection, and sharing a common language, this is a wonderful way to make a positive difference in someone’s week.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
