Manager Social Media Manager - Rauf productions

Our client Rauf productions is hiring a Manager Social Media Manager in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage and oversee daily social media activities including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to ensure consistency in the brand’s messaging.
• Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools, applications, and strategies.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
• Develop and manage social media campaigns aligned with broader marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with 1–2 years of experience.
• On-site availability to coordinate activities and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and how they can be used in different scenarios.
• Ability to identify target audiences and create content that appeals to them.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated creativity and documented immersion in social media.
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adapt strategies accordingly.
