Cambridge School Coordinator needed in a school in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh

The Cambridge Coordinator is responsible for leading and sustaining excellence in the Cambridge curriculum, ensuring amazing learning and holistic development for every student. The role focuses on creating a stimulating environment that builds knowledge, skills, and understanding for future success, while supporting colleagues through high expectations and continuous professional growth. Will be responsible for overseeing the Cambridge curriculum from Pre Primary Grades to Seniors Grades (A level)

Accountabilities

• Lead and manage all Division Heads and Subject HODs to ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.

Support staff development through coaching, performance management, and professional growth opportunities.

Ensure safeguarding, student wellbeing, and a safe, inclusive environment for all.

Oversee daily operations, timetabling, resources, and compliance with regulatory and examination requirements.

Build strong parent and community partnerships to strengthen trust and the school’s reputation.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience as a Teacher from Grades 9 to 12 (IGCSE)

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in an Academic Coordinator.Mandatory Cambridge curriculum experience across multiple school levels.

Candidates with experience only in Primary or Middle School will not be eligible.

Role is part of the Admin team, hence leaves and holidays will be as per Admin structure.
