About Arni Medica

Arni Medica Private Limited is an ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certified medical device and in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) manufacturer based at the Medical Devices Park, Sangareddy (Hyderabad), Telangana. We design and manufacture nephrology, infusion therapy, respiratory care and surgical disposables, and are building a full IVD diagnostics franchise spanning clinical chemistry, electrolyte/ISE, blood gas (ABG), fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) and chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) platforms — backed by Class 100K/10K cleanrooms, EtO sterilization and a CDSCO manufacturing licence (MFG/MD/2023/000942).

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will lead regional sales performance for diagnostics products by managing field teams, distributors, key accounts and territory execution plans — combining leadership, forecasting, account management and operational coordination to defend and grow market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver regional revenue and instrument-placement targets through direct teams and channel partners
• Monitor primary and secondary sales and manage business-partner / distributor performance.
• Recruit, train and coach the sales team through regular field engagement.
• Manage key accounts, pricing discipline, contract compliance and major deals; drive tender / GeM business.
• Provide CRM-based forecasts and planning; review pipelines and regional market opportunities.
• Ensure receivables are collected within terms; coordinate with marketing, service and supply chain for customer success.
• Defend and expand market share in assigned geographies against competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate (Life Sciences / Science preferred); MBA an advantage.
• Experience: 6–12 years of IVD sales, including direct team-management responsibility (ASM/RSM level)

Technical Skills & Keywords

Regional sales leadership, territory / area P&L, distributor & channel management, team handling, primary & secondary sales, key account management, tender / GeM, CRM forecasting, receivables / collections, market-share defence, pricing discipline, contract compliance.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Matrix-org / cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Established KOL network and portfolio depth (core lab / immunoassay / hematology).
• Track record of government / institutional tender wins.
