SAP BRIM Developer / Technical Consultant

Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Mid to Senior-level Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise-grade billing and revenue management architecture. This critical position requires transforming intricate business requirements into scalable software solutions capable of handling both subscription and usage-based billing models. The ideal candidate will champion technical excellence throughout the SAP BRIM ecosystem, ensuring our infrastructure robustly supports dynamic pricing strategies and processes high volumes of transactions efficiently.

Experience: 9-14 years

Responsibilities

• Core System Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design, deployment, and support of technical solutions covering key SAP BRIM components, specifically Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA).
  
• Custom Engineering: Create tailored workflows, establish seamless integrations with external systems through APIs, design adaptive document templates, and automate operational processes to optimize billing efficiency.
  
• Analysis and Execution: Partner closely with functional teams and business stakeholders to interpret detailed specifications and translate them into clean, maintainable, and high-performance code.
  
• Platform Enhancement: Manage the continuous improvement of billing systems, with a specialized focus on addressing the complexities of recurring subscription cycles and variable usage-based charge calculations.
  

Requirements

• SAP BRIM Expertise: Proven, hands-on technical proficiency in the SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) suite.
  
• Module Mastery: Demonstrated practical experience working with SOM, CC, CI, and FI-CA modules within the SAP environment.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to engineer custom ABAP enhancements, build REST and SOAP APIs, and configure sophisticated system workflows and interfaces.
  
• Domain Insight: Deep understanding of high-volume subscription billing mechanics, real-time usage monitoring, and financial data processing landscapes.
