About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, generating new business, opening Demat & Trading Accounts, following up on leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  

• Explain the company's Demat & Trading Account services and investment-related offerings.
  

• Generate and acquire new clients through effective telephonic communication.
  

• Assist prospective clients in opening new Demat & Trading Accounts.
  

• Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to maximize conversions.
  

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information regarding account opening and services.
  

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth account-opening and onboarding processes.
  

• Participate in sales campaigns and initiatives to generate new business.
  

• Maintain professional communication with clients at all times.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 0–3 years in telesales, telecalling, business development, or sales.
  

• Experience in stock broking, financial services, banking, insurance, or fintech will be an advantage.
  

• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
  

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
  

• Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
  

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
  

• Basic knowledge of the stock market and Demat/Trading Accounts is preferred.
  

• Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.

Salary & Incentives
