SAP CONTROLLING LEAD (SAP FICO)

Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Controlling Lead with deep expertise in the SAP FICO module to drive financial excellence within our IT Services division. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will oversee the strategic alignment of financial processes, ensuring robust Record to Report (RTR) capabilities while managing complex project systems and cross-functional integrations. This position is critical for maintaining fiscal integrity, optimizing profitability, and steering organizational performance through advanced SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) cycle, ensuring accurate and timely financial close processes.
  
• Architect and implement Profit Center Design and Restructuring initiatives to enhance financial reporting granularity.
  
• Manage SAP Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM) to deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Controlling (CO) configurations to support cost center accounting, internal orders, and profitability analysis.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP Project Systems (PS) with financial modules for effective project costing.
  
• Oversee the financial implications of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) processes.
  
• Align SAP Production Planning (PP) financial data with overall corporate budgeting and forecasting objectives.
  
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for all SAP FICO-related queries and system enhancements.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience within the IT Services sector, specifically in SAP financial solutions.
  
• Proven mastery of SAP FICO with a strong focus on Controlling and Profit Center Management.
  
• Extensive hands-on experience with Record to Report (RTR) processes and financial closing activities.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in SAP PS, MM, SD, and PP modules, with the ability to integrate them into financial workflows.
  
• Proficiency in SAP PaPM for performance management and profitability analysis.
  
• Strong background in designing and executing Profit Center structures and restructuring plans.
  
• Ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members in SAP best practices.
  
• Compensation package offered is ₹28 LPA, commensurate with the high level of expertise required.
