Location: Mohali, Punjab

Job Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications and CRM-based solutions.
  
• Understand project requirements and prepare basic test scenarios and test cases.
  
• Identify, document, and track bugs/issues and coordinate with the development team.
  
• Perform functional, regression, UI, and usability testing.
  
• Verify that developed features meet the required specifications.
  
• Retest resolved issues and maintain proper testing records.
  
• Assist the QA team in ensuring product quality, reliability, and performance.
  
• Participate in project discussions and provide testing-related feedback.
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Software Testing & QA concepts.
  
• Knowledge of Manual Testing and SDLC/STLC.
  
• Ability to create test cases and test scenarios.
  
• Basic knowledge of Bug/Defect Reporting.
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good attention to detail.
  
• Basic understanding of Web Applications and APIs is an advantage.
  
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Zoho, Postman, or similar testing tools is a plus.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Willingness to learn new technologies and testing methodologies.
