RESPONSIBILITIES: Front Office Operations: - Assist in front desk duties, including guest check-in and check-out processes. - Learn and utilize hotel reservation systems. - Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. - Assist with managing room inventory and allocations. Housekeeping Operations: - Gain insight into housekeeping procedures and standards. - Participate in room inspections and ensure cleanliness standards are met. - Assist in managing housekeeping supplies and inventory.
