What You'll Do:

📝 Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents

🔎 Conduct legal research and case analysis on complex employment law issues

🤝 Advise clients on workplace policies, compliance matters, and risk management

👨‍⚖️ Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and depositions

📢 Collaborate with partners and mentor junior associates as needed

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 8 years’ experience in employment litigation or related field

✅ Strong knowledge of federal and California employment laws

✅ Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
