Require a BRANCH MANAGER in Bulwayo,Zimbabwe

1. Field Operations & Business Growth

• Conduct regular field visits for client acquisition, verification, and retention
• Drive loan disbursements, deposits mobilization, and product sales through field teams
• Market company products in communities, markets, and business clusters
• Achieve monthly targets for portfolio growth, PAR, and new accounts

2. Credit & Risk Management

• Appraise loan applications through field appraisals and client visits
• Monitor portfolio health, follow up on delinquent accounts, and manage recoveries
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and credit policies through on-site checks
• Maintain PAR < 5% and minimize loan losses

3. Branch Operations & Service

• Oversee daily branch operations: cash, tellers, customer service
• Ensure excellent customer experience and fast turnaround times
• Manage branch security, cash controls, and asset management

4. Team Leadership

• Lead, train and supervise Loan Officers, Credit Officers, and Tellers
• Conduct field accompaniment and coaching for field staff
• Set targets, monitor performance, and do appraisals

5. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, portfolio, and field activities
• Manage branch budget and cost control

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance, Sales & Marketing ,Business Admin, Agriculture, or related field
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 + years in financial services. At least 3 years direct field experience in lending, collections, or sales is mandatory
• Field Skills: Proven experience in client mobilization, field appraisals, door-to-door marketing, and recoveries
• Knowledge: Understanding of microfinance/SME lending, credit risk,
