ACCOUNTS&ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

The primary role of the position is to ensure accurate and timely financial records, effective management of accounts payable and receivable, proper cash and banking controls, statutory compliance, and smooth administration of the company's operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with management, operations, suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to ensure that financial and administrative processes are properly coordinated and that the company maintains effective internal controls.

The overall objective of the role is to provide reliable financial and administrative support that contributes to operational efficiency, financial discipline and sustainable business growth.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS.Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in accounting, finance or administration.
• Experience in a transportation, logistics, fleet, FMCG or other operational business environment will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management and bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
