Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: Fixed Off

CTC: Up to ₹5.5–6 LPA CTC

Experience: 2–4 Years

## Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Executive – Finance to manage day-to-day finance operations, with a strong focus on invoicing, reconciliations, MIS, compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume work and month-end deadlines.

## Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end invoicing and billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Handle high-volume invoicing, especially during month-end.
• Manage GST, TDS, PF and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare and maintain MIS, financial reports, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements in finance and invoicing processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and company policies.

## Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field; CA Inter/CA-related qualification preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in invoicing, billing, accounts receivable, or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting and invoicing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and month-end pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Banking experience will be an added advantage.
