Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior BIM Architect with strong expertise in BIM modeling, architectural coordination, and project execution. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, and delivering high-quality project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Modeling & Deliverables

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models as per project requirements and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  
• Prepare accurate drawings, schedules, reports, and project documentation.
  
• Perform clash detection and identify design coordination issues.
  
• Ensure deliverables meet client specifications and project quality standards.
  

Coordination & Project Management

• Coordinate with Architecture, Structure, and MEP teams.
  
• Analyze client requirements and project inputs.
  
• Communicate with clients regarding BIM requirements, design issues, and project updates.
  
• Support project information management and document control.
  

Team Leadership

• Guide and support junior BIM team members.
  
• Provide technical training and support.
  
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.
  

Site & Client Support

• Willingness to work onsite or at client locations.
  
• Open to domestic and international travel/deputation based on project requirements.
  

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Revit Architecture and AutoCAD
  
• Good knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
  
• Proficiency in SketchUp and other BIM tools
  
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, standards, and execution methodologies
  
• Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction documentation
  
• Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills
  

Requirements

• B.Arch / M.Arch / Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
  
• Minimum 5–8+ years of experience in BIM modeling and architectural detailing
  
• Experience in commercial construction projects preferred
  
• Exposure across project phases from pre-construction to project handover
  
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work in dynamic project
