Step into an agile, fast-growing engineering consultancy based in Luxembourg that combines the energetic spirit of an innovative scale up with extraordinary financial stability. Supported by major industrial leaders, this dynamic company has secured a solid long-term project pipeline, allowing them to rapidly expand their high-tech capabilities. Operating from modern, light-filled offices overlooking green surroundings, the team fosters a collaborative, relaxed open-floor culture equipped with state-of-the-art technology and ergonomic workstations. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where team spirit, shared lunches, and genuine passion for engineering are at the core of daily life, this is the perfect place to make a tangible impact.
Technical Drafter - Your responsibilities:
- You will design detailed 3D models, piping layouts, and execution plans for large-scale industrial plants using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and AVEVA. This hands-on 3D modeling work allows you to sharpen your expertise across complex technical environments while elevating your reputation as a multi-skilled design specialist in high demand.
- You will carry out multi-disciplinary digital reviews and model management utilizing Navisworks. By gaining complete end-to-end visibility over complex industrial facilities, you strengthen your coordination skills and position yourself as a key technical reference within the project lifecycle.
- You will collaborate directly with project managers, engineers, and tier-one client partners from initial concept design through to turnkey execution details. This active involvement beyond basic drafting enables you to take true technical ownership of live sites, accelerating your professional growth toward technical leadership.
- You will contribute to continuous technical improvements and standardization across internal design workflows. Optimizing plug-and-play modules drives efficiency across parallel multi-million projects, giving you the satisfaction of building scalable systems that directly power the company's success.
Technical Drafter - Your profile:
- Solid experience in technical drafting, CAD design, or mechanical/piping design within an industrial company, engineering office, or manufacturing sector.
- Demonstrated proficiency or strong familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, AVEVA (Piping 3D), or Navisworks, with an eager mindset to broaden your software stack.
- Professional fluency in French and technical English; knowledge of Luxembourgish, German, or any other language is considered a welcome asset in our international context.
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for technical challenges and solving complex engineering puzzles.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented personality aligned with a fast-paced scale up environment.
- Excellent opportunities to continuously develop your technical expertise and evolve naturally into senior design lead or project management roles as the company grows.
Technical Drafter - The offer:
- An attractive remuneration up to 4.500€ gross per month, including project completion performance bonuses, offering financial recognition that rewards your direct contribution to success.
- Top-tier work equipment, including latest-generation computers, dual screens, height-adjustable desks, and ergonomic seating, creating a comfortable environment that boosts focus and daily well-being.
- Flexible working hours allow you to easily balance your professional responsibilities with your personal lifestyle.
- Convenient office location easily accessible by car with free allocated private parking, plus excellent proximity to public transport (train station) and nearby shopping facilities.
- A vibrant, warm team atmosphere featuring regular team lunches, afterwork gatherings, escape games, and annual events that create strong camaraderie and a fun workplace.
