Job Description – Senior Sales Manager / Team Manager (Real Estate)

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced sales professionals with a strong background in real estate field sales and proven expertise in managing large sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and mentor a sales team of at least 10 members.
  

• Drive field sales, site visits, client meetings and deal closures.
  

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  

• Build relationships with channel partners, investors and prospective buyers.
  

• Develop field sales strategies and monitor team performance.
  

• Handle high-value negotiations and provide on-ground sales support.
  

Requirements

• 6–16 years of total sales experience, preferably in real estate.
  

• Mandatory: Strong hands-on field sales experience.
  

• Experience managing at least 10 direct reportees.
  

• Candidates from DLF or other leading real estate companies preferred.
  

• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
  

• Must currently reside in Hyderabad.
