Job Schedule: 30-40 hours/week (between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Mobile Beverage Truck Driver & Server to join our team. This role is responsible for transporting and operating our mobile beverage truck at various events, providing outstanding customer service, preparing and serving products, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized vehicle.

This is a fun, fast-paced, family-friendly environment where team members interact with customers of all ages while representing our brand in the community.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Transport the beverage truck from the shop location to scheduled events and ensure timely arrival and setup.
  
• Load and transport all inventory, supplies, equipment, and ice needed for each event.
  
• Complete vehicle setup, inventory counts, and cash reconciliation before and after events.
  
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  
• Take customer orders, prepare products, process payments, and deliver exceptional service.
  
• Promote products and help maximize sales opportunities during events.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck, equipment, and work areas throughout each shift.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and keep products stocked and ready to serve.
  
• Drive the truck between event locations and back to the shop as scheduled.
  
• Complete end-of-event responsibilities, including inventory recap, cash reconciliation, event documentation, cleaning, and restocking requests.
  
• Follow all company safety, food handling, and operational procedures.
  
• Complete on-the-job training and any additional training requirements as assigned.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• Valid driver's license required.
  
• Minimum of two (2) years of driving experience.
  
• Clean driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
  
• No more than one (1) moving violation within the last two years.
  
• Valid auto insurance required.
  
• Reliable transportation required.
  
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and repeatedly enter and exit the vehicle throughout the day.
  
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a mobile work environment.
  
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  
• Must be available to work shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Scheduled hours will fall within this time window but may vary by day and event.
