Coupa Tier 3 Systems Administrator

Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to serve as a Coupa Tier 3 Systems Administrator within the IT Services sector. In this critical role, the incumbent will act as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring the stability, performance, and strategic evolution of our procurement ecosystem. This position demands deep expertise in managing the Coupa platform at an enterprise level, overseeing the full spectrum of sourcing activities, contract governance, and supplier relationships. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, driving continuous improvement in procurement processes while maintaining seamless integration with core enterprise systems like SAP ERP and SAP Concur.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the ultimate technical authority for resolving escalated incidents and complex configuration challenges within the Coupa environment.
  
• Lead the end-to-end administration of the Coupa Sourcing module, ensuring optimal functionality for strategic sourcing events and bid management.
  
• Manage the lifecycle of contracts through the Coupa Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, enforcing compliance and streamlining approval workflows.
  
• Oversee supplier data integrity and relationship management processes, ensuring accurate onboarding and ongoing maintenance within the platform.
  
• Provide advanced support and configuration for Coupa Procurement, optimizing the user experience for requisitioning and purchasing activities.
  
• Execute and manage large-scale Coupa implementation initiatives, including data migration, testing, and user adoption strategies.
  
• Maintain robust production support operations, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of system disruptions.
  
• Administer and troubleshoot integrations between Coupa and SAP ERP, as well as Coupa Concur, to ensure data consistency across financial and travel systems.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in IT services, with a specialized focus on Coupa platform administration and support.
  
• Proven expertise in managing Coupa Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Supplier Management modules.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating and supporting Coupa solutions alongside SAP ERP and SAP Concur ecosystems.
  
• Extensive hands-on experience in Production Support for enterprise-level procurement applications, with a track record of resolving Tier 3 issues.
  
• Strong background in Coupa Administration, including user management, role configuration, and system maintenance.
  
• Successful history of leading or contributing to major Coupa Implementation projects from planning through to go-live and stabilization.
  
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions while maintaining high standards of system security and performance.
