Manage renewal of all Company-Owned (COCO) and Franchise (FOFO) store agreements.

Plan and coordinate registration schedules and agreement renewals.

Prepare daily and weekly sales analysis reports for management.

Coordinate employee and management travel bookings.

Negotiate with travel vendors to optimize travel costs and expenses.

Track, monitor, and control all office administrative expenses within budget.

Provide overall administrative support, including vendor coordination, office maintenance, and facility management.
