Position Summary

Dhaka Technologies Limited Company (DTLC) is hiring a Senior Maintenance Manager on behalf of our client, a global consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturer, for a manufacturing plant in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a member of the Plant Manager's leadership staff, this leader shapes strategic planning and execution across safety, quality, delivery and service, cost, and people. The role leads the entire Maintenance and Reliability (M&R) organization and owns uptime and equipment life across manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior member of the plant leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and execution across safety, quality, delivery and service, cost, and people.
  
• Lead the Maintenance and Reliability (M&R) organization for the entire plant.
  
• Own equipment uptime and asset life across manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities.
  
• Build and develop maintenance and reliability systems and teams.
  
• Drive overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) improvements and deliver cost savings.
  
• Apply Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma practices while upholding safety and GMP standards.
  
• Oversee Progressive Maintenance (PM), spare parts management, and maintenance scheduling and inventory in SAP.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Engineering background, with strong financial and business acumen and project management skills.
  
• 15 years of maintenance experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, or a combination of maintenance, engineering, and manufacturing, including 8+ years in leadership roles.
  
• Strong operational, manufacturing, and maintenance leadership experience in CPG.
  
• Hands-on experience with TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, safety, and GMP standards.
  
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, Progressive Maintenance (PM), and spare parts management.
  
• Experience with SAP ERP, including the PM module, for scheduling and inventory management.
  
• Working knowledge of technology, engineering, and automation basics.
  
• Track record of developing maintenance and reliability systems and teams, driving significant OEE improvements, and delivering substantial cost savings.
  
• Must be authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
  

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary of $160,000 to $170,000 per year.
  
• Relocation assistance available.
