About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP Power Platform Developer / Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, business intelligence, and enterprise data solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing scalable business applications, automating workflows, creating reporting solutions, and leading technical delivery for enterprise clients.

In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leaders to design and implement solutions that streamline business processes, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Develop and maintain business applications, automated workflows, dashboards, and enterprise reporting solutions.

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architectures aligned with business requirements and organizational standards.

• Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, perform quality assurance, and optimize solution performance.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and recommend process improvements.

• Integrate Power Platform applications with enterprise systems and data sources, including SAP where applicable.

• Manage solution deployment across development, testing, and production environments.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the reliability, performance, and maintainability of delivered solutions.

• Provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and promote development best practices.

• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer, user training, and solution adoption.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least5–10 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, application development, data solutions, or related technical roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Solid experience with Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, data modeling, and performance optimization.

• Proven experience designing technical architectures and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.

• Experience in technical leadership, project delivery, developer mentoring, or solution architecture.

• Knowledge of application integration, data management, security, and deployment across development and production environments.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with SAP systems or other enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with SAP data structures, SAP APIs, OData services, SAP connectors, or SAP-related business processes.

• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform governance, and application lifecycle management.

• Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and business intelligence architecture.

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, or related technologies.

• Experience supporting international clients and working with cross-functional teams.

Important Note:The primary requirement for this role is expertise in Microsoft Power Platform. Direct SAP development experience, including ABAP, should only be considered mandatory if confirmed by the hiring team.
