SEN Attendance and Welfare Officer – Sutton

Support pupils and families in a specialist SEN school by promoting consistent attendance, wellbeing and positive engagement with education.

What you will do

  • Monitor attendance patterns and coordinate timely follow-up.
  • Build professional relationships with families and school colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and escalate safeguarding concerns appropriately.

What you will bring

  • Relevant school attendance, pastoral, family-support or welfare experience.
  • Excellent organisation, discretion and communication.
  • QTS is not required for this school-support role.

Full-time temporary work, £125–£165 per day PAYE. Right-to-work, references and enhanced DBS checks apply.
