Requirements

• Strong experience as an SAP S/4HANA Service Functional Consultant, with hands-on expertise in implementing service order processes and integrating them with relevant SAP modules.
  
• Gather and analyse business requirements and prepare functional and process design documents.
  
• Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Service processes, including service organizational structures, service orders, service confirmations, equipment master data, spare parts management, and service billing.
  
• Support integration with SAP modules such as SD, MM, and FI/CO, along with other relevant business areas.
  
• Possess a strong understanding of SAP and non-SAP system integration from a solution architecture perspective.
  
• Identify and configure suitable SAP Fiori applications for service and repair operations, perform UI adaptations using key-user adaptation tools, and support SAP Build Work Zone setup for dealer portals.
  
• Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and end-user training documentation.
  
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
  
• Support functional testing, go-live activities, and post-production support.
