You'll be instrumental in guiding customers through their entire car-buying journey, from initial inquiry to driving off the lot in their new car.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers on the sales floor, offering a warm and professional welcome.
• Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to understand their vehicle requirements.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge on our diverse range of vehicles, features, and benefits.
• Guide customers through the selection process, recommending vehicles that best match their lifestyle and budget.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
• Negotiate and present pricing and financing options.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to the final sale, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Successful sales professionals at Prime Motors LLC can expect to earn between $30,000 and $155,000 annually, based on performance and dedication.
