Java Backend Developer

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our IT Services division. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will architect, develop, and maintain robust server-side applications that drive our core business operations. This position is essential for ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of our software solutions, leveraging advanced backend technologies to support complex microservices architectures and seamless API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-performance backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices frameworks.
  
• Develop and optimize database interactions utilizing Hibernate, JPA, and relational database management systems.
  
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange between various software components.
  
• Apply software design patterns and ensure code quality through comprehensive unit testing and integration testing.
  
• Manage code versioning and collaboration workflows using Git within an Agile/Scrum environment.
  
• Handle concurrent processing and system performance by implementing effective multithreading strategies.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver features on schedule.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 6 to 9 years of professional software development experience.
  
• Proficiency in Core Java, including deep understanding of multithreading and design patterns.
  
• Strong expertise in the Spring Boot framework and Microservices architecture.
  
• Solid knowledge of ORM tools such as Hibernate and JPA, alongside SQL and relational database management.
  
• Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  
• Familiarity with version control systems, specifically Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Competence in writing effective unit tests to ensure application reliability and maintainability.
  
• Compensation range: ₹15-20 LPA.
