Amey Australia is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our Albury team on a full-time basis.
This is a hands-on role in an office experiencing significant growth in both people and project activity. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape how things work as the business evolves, supporting Project Managers and leaders to keep projects organised, commercially on track and moving forward.
You’ll be at the centre of project administration for our Albury office, providing financial, operational and coordination support across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and the General Manager, while also connecting with colleagues across the wider business.

You’ll be at the centre of project administration for our Albury office, providing financial, operational and coordination support across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and the General Manager, while also connecting with colleagues across the wider business.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing client invoicing, billing summaries and financial reporting
- Supporting forecasting, WIP reviews and debtor management
- Coordinating resource requirements across projects
- Monitoring project milestones, deliverables and performance
- Maintaining accurate project data and reporting in CORE/12d Synergy
- Managing accounts receivable activities and following up outstanding debts
- Participating in weekly planning and project performance discussions
- Supporting other Project Administrators across the business when required

Requirements
You’ll be an experienced administrator who brings sound judgement, strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial and project information.Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in project administration or project support, with 8+ years highly regarded
- Experience with client invoicing, financial administration and accounts support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to organise competing priorities across multiple projects
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problems
- High levels of integrity, accuracy and professionalism
