Travel Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Consultant to manage end-to-end travel arrangements and provide tailored travel solutions to clients. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the travel industry, hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and the ability to coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa applications, and tour packages efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and travel insurance.
  
• Provide expert travel advice and design tailored itineraries for clients.
  
• Process visa applications and manage documentation compliance.
  
• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales and build client relationships.
  
• Manage booking changes, refunds, and customer inquiries.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of an HND in a related field is preferred
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel consulting or sales.
  
• Proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo.
  
• Proven basic knowledge of visa processing for major destinations.
  
• At least some basic exposure to Tour packaging (hotel booking, transfers and Tours)
  
• Excellent customer service, communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  
• Resident on the island due to commuting
