Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Planning / Project Controls Engineers to manage project schedules, monitor progress, identify delays, and support project teams with planning and recovery strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
  

• Monitor project progress against planned targets.
  

• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
  

• Identify schedule delays and critical activities.
  

• Develop recovery plans and monitor corrective actions.
  

• Coordinate with project managers and site teams.
  

• Monitor project milestones and resource requirements.
  

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of relevant experience.
  

• Strong experience in construction project planning and controls.
  

• Expertise in scheduling, progress monitoring, and recovery planning.
  

• Knowledge of project planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
