Test Manager

Job Description:

  -Define and own the test strategy aligned to business objectives, hybrid delivery methodology and risk profile

- Create and maintain test plans, test schedules and entry/exit criteria

- Work with the vendor to assess exit criteria for System testing

- Manage end‑to‑end test cycles (System (where required), Integration, Regression, UAT support)

- Oversee test environments, data and dependencies across multiple projects and programs

- Lead defect management: triage, prioritisation, and reporting

- Provide clear quality and release readiness reporting to stakeholders
