We are seeking a hands-on Backend Java Developer with 7+ years of software development experience to support a highly technical team

The developer will focus on backend application development, microservices, AWS cloud technologies, database troubleshooting, and production support.

Required Skills

7+ years of professional software development experience
Strong Java development experience.
Strong Spring Boot experience.
Experience developing microservices and REST APIs.
Hands-on AWS experience with:
- S3
- Lambda
- Glue
- EMR
- EKS
Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
Application debugging and production support experience.
Agile/Scrum experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and maintain microservices and REST APIs.
Work with AWS cloud services and batch-processing applications.
Write and optimize SQL queries.
Troubleshoot application and production issues.
Collaborate with engineering, platform, compliance, and business teams.
Support application delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment.
