Founded in 2002 by two Yale-trained physicians and headquartered in Ardmore, PA, TRS today serves over 150 hospitals across 21 countries.

The company pairs a network of board-certified radiologists — including ABR-certified specialists — with technology-driven workflows and its AI-enabled arm, dAIgnostiX, to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable imaging interpretation. dAIgnostiX is based out of Bengaluru (Whitefield). About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for technical and engineering positions and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify top technical talent in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for technical positions, including IT, AI, software development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and engineering roles.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job responsibilities, and desired candidate profiles.
  
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
  
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  
• Negotiate compensation within company guidelines and assist in closing candidates.
  
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
  
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and networking activities.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
  
• Experience hiring for technical roles within healthcare, healthtech or healthcare IT companies
  
• Experience hiring for AI/ML, software development, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, networking, cybersecurity, and other technical roles.
  
• Strong understanding of technical terminology, technology stacks, and AI/ML roles.
  
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced product, IT services, or technology startup environment.
  
• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
  
• Familiarity with recruitment analytics and reporting.
  
• Experience with Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms.
  
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
