JHC Consulting
Analytics Coordinator
Brussels, BEOn-sitePermanentFull-time
Posted Aug 23, 2026
JHC Consulting is currently advising a major European regulatory agency on complex questions regarding institutional governance and long term strategy. As an Analytics Coordinator, you will support this mandate by managing the data gathering and research efforts that inform our advisory work. This is an entry level position designed for an individual who values intellectual rigor and understands that clear analysis is the foundation of sound counsel. The role is fully remote, allowing for the deep, uninterrupted focus required to process complex information and translate it into a clear, written form.
The Role
The Analytics Coordinator is responsible for the foundational research and data organization that precedes every memorandum we draft. You will spend your day-to-day work reviewing internal documentation from the client, analyzing external datasets, and synthesizing findings into brief, accurate reports for our principals. Because we do not produce slide decks or use typical presentation software, your work will focus entirely on the quality of your reading and the clarity of your summaries.
We are looking for an individual with a strong academic background in a field that requires both quantitative and qualitative analysis, such as economics, political science, history, or finance. You do not need years of professional experience to be successful here, but you must demonstrate intellectual maturity and a high level of comfort with the written word. We value the ability to read a complex document and identify the core argument or the missing piece of evidence.
At JHC Consulting, we believe that writing is thinking. We reject the typical ceremonies of management consulting in favor of a deliberate, quiet approach to advisory work. Every engagement results in a signed memorandum, authored by the individual who conducted the analysis. This single author model ensures that every claim is accounted for and every word is chosen with intent. As a coordinator, you will see how these arguments are built from the ground up, starting with the data you organize and the research you conduct. We offer a dissenting read of internal cases, providing our clients with a written record that can be held on file and referenced for years to come.
Working at JHC Consulting
This is a permanent, full-time position that is 100 percent remote. We operate as a small, deliberate firm where principals and coordinators work closely to produce work of the highest caliber. We accept only a limited number of mandates each quarter to ensure that every project receives the thorough reading and successive revision it deserves. This role offers an attractive and competitive salary for the market, along with the autonomy to manage your own schedule and work environment. You will be expected to maintain a high level of individual accountability, as the firm relies on the integrity of your research to maintain its reputation with senior industry leaders and boards.
The firm is built on the discipline of the written word and the belief that a well argued memorandum is more valuable than any conversation. When a principal signs a document, they are taking personal responsibility for the counsel provided. By supporting this process, you will gain a deep understanding of how strategy is formed and how governance is maintained at the highest levels of industry. We look for colleagues who take pride in the quiet, rigorous work of analysis and who understand that the final document is the only thing that truly matters.
