Marketing Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Marketing Representative to support in-person marketing campaigns, increase brand awareness, and engage directly with prospective customers. This position focuses on representing products and services through face-to-face interactions, communicating promotional messaging, and generating customer interest in current offerings.

Primary Responsibilities

• Represent assigned brands, products, and services through direct customer engagement.
• Introduce current marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to prospective customers.
• Communicate key brand messages, product benefits, and service information clearly.
• Initiate conversations with individuals to generate interest in available offerings.
• Identify customer interests and tailor promotional conversations accordingly.
• Present products and services in a professional and engaging manner.
• Explain current promotions, product features, and relevant purchasing options.
• Support customer acquisition initiatives through face-to-face marketing activities.
• Assist interested customers with understanding available products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and informational presentations when applicable.
• Distribute approved marketing materials and promotional information.
• Maintain familiarity with campaign objectives, product updates, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure promotional messaging remains accurate and consistent across customer interactions.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant observations to the marketing team.
• Monitor customer engagement and report common questions or areas of interest.
• Assist with preparing and organizing materials for scheduled promotional activities.
• Support the setup and maintenance of designated customer engagement areas.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate daily campaign activities.
• Track customer interactions and promotional activity when required.
• Participate in campaign briefings, product training, and team meetings.
• Follow established company procedures and brand representation standards.
• Complete additional marketing and customer engagement responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, sales, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
