Process: International Inbound Voice – US Healthcare JOB ROLE: Join a leading US Healthcare process and work with international customers in a professional voice-based customer service role.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound international calls from US customers.
Provide professional customer support and resolve customer queries.
Follow defined customer service and process guidelines.
Maintain excellent communication and call quality.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records.
Achieve required quality, productivity and customer-service parameters.

Requirements

Qualification: Graduate – Any Stream
Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Communication: Excellent English communication skills
Typing: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
Assessment: SVAR / Communication Assessment
Comfortable working in rotational & night shifts
Two rotational split weekly offs
Candidates should NOT be enrolled in any full-time course
