Kuorum Partners Wealth is a rapidly growing agency seeking motivated and talented life insurance professionals! With decades of experience in both marketing and insurance, our company seamlessly merges both industries to offer an exceptional career opportunity.

Candidates must hold a valid Florida 2-15 Life, Health and Variable Annuity License or Florida 2-14 Life License.

This is an in-person, W-2 position — not a 1099 opportunity. Our agents receive guaranteed weekly base pay plus uncapped bonus and commission potential, with the opportunity to earn six figures.

What We Offer

Base Pay

Full-time, W-2 position with guaranteed pay of $20.00 per hour / $800 per week.

Uncapped Bonus Potential

Earn performance-based bonuses and commissions in addition to your guaranteed hourly pay.

No Chargebacks

Unlike many traditional insurance sales positions, our agents do not have chargebacks!

Residual-Style Earnings

After six months, agents become eligible for KPW’s version of residual-style earnings, creating an additional opportunity to earn.

Earning Potential

First-year income opportunity up to $150,000, including hourly wages, bonuses, and commissions.

Inbound Leads

Client-initiated inbound leads — no cold calling and no chasing down prospects!

Skills We’re Looking For

• Self-starter with initiative, drive, and ambition
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable learning insurance products and sales processes
• Coachable and motivated to improve
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Digitally proficient and able to navigate multiple computer systems

Requirements

• Valid Florida 2-15 License OR Florida 2-14 License
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, including late afternoons and evenings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Digital proficiency and ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Ability to pass a background check

Position Details

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-7:00 PM
• Pay: $800/week guaranteed base + weekly bonuses and monthly commissions
• Employment: Full-time, W-2
• Chargebacks: None
• Additional Earnings: Residual-style earning opportunity after 6 months
• Location: In-person only — Clearwater, Florida
