Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and organised Reservations Manager for a luxury safari estate in Hazyview, Mpumalanga.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all reservations operations and ensure efficient management of bookings.
  

• Manage enquiries, bookings, amendments and cancellations across all reservation channels.
  

• Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all guest information is up to date.
  

• Monitor occupancy, room availability and rates to maximise revenue.
  

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators and guests.
  

• Lead, train and support the reservations team.
  

• Ensure professional communication and exceptional service throughout the booking process.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Reservations Manager or senior reservations role within luxury hospitality.
  

• Previous experience in a luxury lodge, safari estate or high-end hotel environment.
  

• Strong knowledge of reservations systems and booking platforms.
  

• Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
  

• Good understanding of rates, occupancy management and revenue optimisation.
  

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  

• A professional, guest-focused approach and strong leadership abilities.
  

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
