We are currently looking for experienced IT Support Engineers to support our onsite service requirements across Australia.

Role

IT Support Engineer – On-Call / Freelance / Casual

Please note: This is an on-call/casual dispatch role and not a full-time position. Support requests will be assigned based on client requirements and engineer availability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite desktop and IT support to end users.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues.

Perform OS installation, configuration, and re-imaging.

Troubleshoot basic network issues, including LAN and WAN connectivity.

Support routers, switches, and other network-related equipment.

Respond to onsite service requests within the required timeframe.

Perform hardware replacement and basic device setup when required.

Document all onsite activities, findings, and resolutions.

Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, EUC, or a related technical role.

Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and desktop environments.

Good understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, routers, and switches.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage onsite tasks effectively.

Must be available for on-call/dispatch assignments based on client requirements.

Candidates who can support same-day or next-business-day requests are preferred.
