About this role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join as the second engineer, a company digitizing the immune system to power clinical trials for billion-dollar drug developers. No minimum years of experience required — we care about engineering ability and evidence of shipping quality software, not credentials.

What will you be doing?

• Building full-stack features across the product — from customer-facing trial dashboards and Amazon-style sample notifications to data visualization pipeline upgrades

• Implementing machine learning techniques for automated boundary detection of cancer cells in cytometry data

• Automating lab workflows from sample preparation to data analysis

• Shipping timely, reliable code for high-stakes clinical trials serving customers like Genentech and Recursion

• Contributing to product development with a customer-facing mindset — communicating directly with scientists and clients

• Must have: Shipped production software to real users at a quality-​focused company

Hard skills

• Must have: Proficient in Python for data processing and production code

• Required: 2 -​ 5 years of experience in full-​stack software engineering,​ with proficiency in Python
