RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Home care and Community care.

We are hiring a Registered Nurse for one of the best Nursing Homes in South Dublin who is passionate about improving the quality of life of their residents and places a strong importance on social, physical, and mental stimulation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Give individuals with dementia top-notch nursing care, including assessment, care plan development, execution, and evaluation.
  • Providing patients with excellent, caring nursing care, making sure that their mental, emotional, and physical needs are satisfied with tact and understanding.
  • Collaborating with other medical specialists, such as doctors, therapists, and support personnel, to guarantee patients receive thorough and well-coordinated care.
  • Excellent critical thinking and clinical evaluation skills, with an emphasis on person-centered care.
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive outlook on opportunities and problems in dementia care.


Requirements

  • Cheerful, caring, positive, dependable and compassionate approach to nursing

  • Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents

  • Ability to provide person-centred care

  • Commitment to promoting residents’ independence and enhancing their quality of life

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in elderly care preferred

  • Candidates without prior experience are welcome to pursue a new career path

  • Recognised Nursing qualification

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)

  • Willingness to complete Garda vetting and obtain clearance

  • Ability to provide suitable character references

  • Fluent English communication skills

  • EU/EEA citizenship or existing unrestricted right to work in Ireland required

  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
