Medical Representative (Sales) - Pharmaceutical Company

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals in the Sheikhupura region. The right candidate will build strong relationships, meet sales targets, and grow our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies regularly to promote company products
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
• Provide accurate product information and handle queries
• Collect market feedback and keep track of competitor activity
• Submit daily call reports and sales reports on time
• Coordinate with distributors and ensure product availability in the territory

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry
• Must be a resident of Sheikhupura or nearby areas
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of the local market, doctors, and chemists
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Own motorbike with valid license preferred
• Education: Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree (B.Pharm or science background is a plus)

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000 per month (depending on experience and interview)
• Commission: Attractive sales commission, paid separately
• Fuel Allowance: Paid separately
