Learning & Development Consultant – Remote

We are expanding within the leadership education sector and are looking to connect with experienced professionals who value flexibility, autonomy and meaningful work.

This is a remote, independent, performance-based opportunity where you’ll use established systems, digital education resources and structured processes to connect with individuals exploring professional and leadership development.

Rather than stepping into a traditional corporate structure, you’ll have the freedom to manage your own schedule, work remotely and build results based on your own activity and performance.

It may particularly suit professionals with backgrounds in learning and development, training, HR, leadership, facilitation, consulting, people development or client-facing roles who are ready for a different way of working.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional experience in learning & development, training, HR, leadership, consulting or a related field
Comfortable speaking with and engaging people from a variety of professional backgrounds
Self-directed and able to manage your own schedule and priorities
Willing to learn and work within established systems and processes
Comfortable with an independent, performance-based structure
Approximately 15–20 hours per week available
Based in the United States
