We are looking for an experienced Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), core HR processes and AI-assisted delivery practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions
Translate HR requirements into scalable EC configurations covering employee data, org structures and workflows
Handle enhancements, releases, testing, data migration and production support
Use AI copilots/GenAI tools for requirements analysis, configuration validation, documentation, testing and defect resolution
Integrate EC with other SuccessFactors modules and enterprise systems
Collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, data and analytics teams
Ensure data privacy, security, SDLC and responsible AI compliance
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration & delivery
Strong core HR processes and data model knowledge
AI-assisted tools/copilots for delivery, analysis or documentation
HR solution design aligned with business outcomes
Strong stakeholder communication

GOOD TO HAVE

SuccessFactors Time Management, Learning or People Analytics
Data migration, integrations or HR analytics
Change management / HR transformation
