Location: Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala

Experience: Freshers – MBA HR graduates from reputed B-schools

Qualification:MBA – HR / Human Resources

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Communication:Excellent verbal communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave, and employee records
  
• Assist with payroll inputs and related HR activities
  
• Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports using MS Excel
  
• Coordinate employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities
  
  

Requirements

• MBA in HR / Human Resources from a reputed B-school
  
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills
  
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
  
• Good understanding of HR fundamentals
  
• Male candidates preferred
