Position: Subject Matter Expert – Hindi
Grade Levels: Classes I–X

Job Summary

To develop, review, and enhance Hindi curriculum content across grades in alignment with CBSE guidelines, ensuring academic accuracy, grade-appropriate learning, and effective teaching and assessment practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review Hindi curriculum, lesson plans, worksheets, question banks, and assessments for Classes I–X
  
• Ensure content alignment with CBSE syllabus, learning outcomes, and competency-based education.
  
• Create age-appropriate resources covering Hindi grammar, comprehension, writing, and literature.
  
• Review textbooks, teaching materials, and assessments for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  
• Support teachers through academic guidance, training, and subject-specific resources.
  
• Analyse student performance and recommend strategies to improve learning outcomes.
  
• Contribute to curriculum mapping, academic audits, and board examination preparation
  
• Stay updated with CBSE curriculum changes and emerging teaching methodologies.
  

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Hindi from a recognised university.
  
• B.Ed. preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of the CBSE Hindi curriculum across grade levels.
  

Experience

• 5–8 years of Hindi teaching or curriculum development experience preferred.
  
• Experience in CBSE schools, academic content development, or teacher training is desirable.
  

Required Skills

• Excellent command of Hindi language, grammar, and literature.
  
• Strong curriculum design, content writing, and editing skills.
  
• Expertise in assessment design and competency-based learning.
  
• Proficiency in digital learning tools and educational content development.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
