We are seeking a Product Manager – Cyber Analytics & Data to help shape and deliver the analytics products and data solutions that strengthen cyber defence, improve decision-making, and enable a more resilient future.

About the role

As Product Manager within the Cyber Analytics Data Function, you will define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of cyber analytics and data capabilities. You will work closely with cyber security, data, technology, and business stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.

This is a role for someone who combines strong product thinking with a deep appreciation of data, cyber risk, and operational excellence. You will help ensure analytics products are aligned to business needs, support informed decision-making, and contribute to a broader commitment to secure, responsible, and sustainable growth.

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for cyber analytics and data capabilities.
  • Partner with stakeholders across cyber, technology, data, and risk to define requirements and priorities.
  • Translate complex business and technical needs into clear product outcomes and delivery plans.
  • Support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions that improve cyber visibility, reporting, and insight.
  • Work with engineering and delivery teams to ensure products are delivered to a high standard, on time, and in line with governance expectations.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and value realisation, using data to inform continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable, resilient, and secure data products and analytics capabilities.
  • Help shape a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in product management, ideally within cyber, data, analytics, or technology-enabled environments.
  • A strong understanding of data products, analytics platforms, and the role of insight in driving better decisions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex, regulated organisations.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and turning evolving needs into clear priorities.
  • An appreciation of cyber security, risk management, and governance principles.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that support the protection and resilience of a global organisation.
  • A collaborative environment where your ideas and expertise can make a meaningful difference.
  • Exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and the chance to shape innovative data-led cyber capabilities.
  • A culture that values integrity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
