Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Civil to manage site execution and civil construction activities for residential/commercial high-rise projects. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in RCC, contractor coordination, quality control and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, RCC, masonry, plastering and finishing works.
  
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and IS Codes.
  
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and work schedules.
  
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
  
• Conduct quality inspections and coordinate material/cube testing.
  
• Verify measurements, quantities and contractor running bills.
  
• Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP consultants for site issues.
  
• Ensure site safety and statutory compliance, including RERA/WBHIRA.
  
• Maintain DPRs, inspection reports and other site documentation.
  
• Guide junior engineers and site supervisors.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Civil Construction.
  
• Strong experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects.
  
• Hands-on experience in RCC, basement/podium, shuttering, reinforcement and finishing.
  
• Minimum 3 years in a Senior Site Engineer / Site In-Charge role preferred.
  
• Strong contractor and site team management skills.
  
• Good knowledge of construction quality standards, safety practices and IS Codes.
  
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
  
• Real estate/building construction experience preferred.
