XAXU Pakistan, in partnership with Hire With AR, is urgently hiring energetic, target-driven Field Sales Officers & Business Development Officers in Lahore. This role involves driving direct business growth, generating leads, and managing designated field territories across the city.

Full Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits across assigned territories in Lahore to generate leads and acquire new B2B and retail clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners, vendor networks, and key business decision-makers.
• Deliver product demonstrations, present sales proposals, and close deals.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to maximize performance-based incentives.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to share market intelligence with leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, lead pipelines, and daily field visit reports.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months of proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, FMCG, retail sales, or business development.
• Education: Intermediate (F.A / F.Sc / I.Com) required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Urdu (English is a plus).
• Mobility: Must possess a personal motor vehicle (bike) and a valid driving license for field movements within Lahore.
• Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
