Marketing Executive (Nigeria)

We’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive who can undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. The candidate must be capable of organise creative campaigns and promotional events that add to our company’s brand value. Ideally, the  candidate must have passion for the “art” of marketing, have abundant ideas for building efficient strategies and must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques/methods to promote our products, services and public image.  The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our exponential growth.

• Build and run nurture sequences in HubSpot for each stage of our pipeline: Discovery to Quote, Quote to Compliance, Compliance to Close. Monitor where prospects drop off and fix it.
  
• Own the price list send as a recurring workflow, going to the relevant CRM list three times a quarter.
  
• Write and design case studies from accounts we have won, plus product spec sheets and one-pagers for the sales team.
  
• Execute the SEO and answer engine optimization plan on our domain so buyers searching for ingredient suppliers find us.
  
• Design everything you publish, applying the Kodgav brand kit. Price list PDFs, case studies, supplier decks, social and campaign graphics.
  
• Publish to LinkedIn and the website on an agreed weekly cadence.

Requirements

Must have

1. Three to five years in a marketing role, including at least one year at an agency. Below three years you will not be ready for the senior seat inside twelve months, which is the point of this hire.
   
2. Hands on with a marketing automation or CRM platform. HubSpot strongly preferred.
   
3. You can design to a brand kit without supervision, in Canva, Figma or Adobe. We will ask for a portfolio.
   
4. Written English strong enough for a UK and EU business audience. Clear, formal, no ambiguity.
   
5. Comfortable being measured on published output every week.
   
6. Reliable power and internet, and your own laptop for the first 90 days.
   

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B, industrial, food or agricultural clients.
  
• Hands on SEO execution
  
• Basic video or motion graphics for social.
  

This role is built to become a Senior Marketing Executive within 6 to 12 months. Progression is decided on published output, reliability against deadlines, and how well you work in a small team.

Compensation

Monthly salary: NGN 380,000 - 475,000

Working Model

• Full time role approximately 35 hours per week

• Monday to Friday with occasional Fridays off

• Fully remote
