About ADGT Advanced Digital Gaming Technology (ADGT) provides gaming payments solutions and gaming hardware to licensed operators in the United Arab Emirates. The Company is regulated by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA) and operates from Abu Dhabi, supporting the build-out of the UAE's regulated gaming sector. Our solutions span secure payment systems, cashless and cash-handling infrastructure, AML and compliance tooling, credit and marker services, electronic table game peripherals, and customer-facing kiosks. We work directly with GCGRA-licensed operators and integrated resorts to deliver technology that is secure, auditable, and compliant by design. The Software Engineer, .NET will be responsible for the development, enhancement and support of backend payment services, APIs, wallet flows and payment integrations across the company’s fintech product portfolio. The role requires strong hands-on experience with .NET 8, C# 12, SQL Server, REST APIs and enterprise application development within high-availability environments. The successful candidate should have experience working on scalable backend systems, payment integrations and transactional applications, with the ability to collaborate closely with infrastructure, product and operational teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and backend services. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with Product, QA, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, bugs, and performance issues. Contribute to system integrations, APIs, and platform enhancements. Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Essential Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 3+ years’ experience in software development. Experience with C#, Java, and C Experience working with payments is essential Knowledge of APIs, databases, and Azure and/ or AWS cloud-based environments. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication in English Desirable Experience within fintech, gaming, or regulated industries. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Knowledge of secure development practices.
